What sets Foschini’s Brick Oven Kitchen apart from the competition is our vast variety of specialty pizzas cooked to perfection.
In 1889, in Naples, Italy, Queen Margherita was given a special bread baked with fresh mozzarella cheese, tomatoes and fresh Basil (to represent the colors of the Italian flag: Red, white, and green). She liked it enough for it to be named in her honor: “Margherita Pizza”. This is how pizza came to be.
Just like in the beginning, Foschini’s is keeping the tradition alive by using the freshest and highest quality ingredients available on the market.
Our pizza dough, fresh mozzarella and homemade sauce are prepared daily on premises.
All our pizzas are baked in traditional wood fired brick ovens, keeping alive a tradition that goes back over a hundred years and giving us the honor to be called.
